In Animal Collective's new video for "Today's Supernatural," Avery Tare plays keyboards dressed as some sort of twisted Shakespearean skeleton clown on shrooms, while a giant piƱata head zips around the desert in a go-cart, battling disembodied arms wielding clubs and trying to spill its confetti brains. It's out there.
"Today's Supernatural" appears on Animal Collective's upcoming album, Centipede Hz, set for release September 4th. The band kicks off a North American tour on September 18th in Seattle.
