Katy Perry Signs Divorce Papers with Happy Face

Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reached a settlement in their divorce, which the superstar couple filed on December 30th. In court documents filed on Tuesday, Perry and Brand agreed that they "have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party." Perry has also indicated a desire to revert to her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.

Brand will not receive spousal support from Perry, which is notable as she is worth an estimated $70 million, while he is valued at around $20 million. Brand would have been entitled to half of her fortune under California's community laws. The amicable nature of the divorce settlement was driven home by Perry's signature on the court documents, which included a heart and a smiley face.

Report: Heidi Klum and Seal to File for Divorce

The sad celebrity matrimony news just keeps coming.

Heidi Klum is reportedly filing for divorce from Seal after more than six years of marriage. TMZ broke the story this morning, reporting that Klum will be filing the papers in L.A. County Superior Court next week.

The couple had renewed their wedding vows just last May (as they have every year since they were first married), but Klum will be citing "irreconcilable differences," as the reason for the split, according to TMZ.

The German model and singer have four children together. They wed on a beach in Mexico in May 2005, five months after Seal proposed to Klum inside an igloo he built for the occasion in Whistler, British Columbia. They were last seen together publicly in late December; Klum attended the Golden Globes alone last week.

Kenny G's Wife Files for Divorce

It's a sad day for easy-listening saxophonist Kenny G: his wife has filed for divorce.

The musician's wife of 20 years, Lyndie Benson-Gorelick, filed papers with the Los Angeles County Superior Court yesterday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for separation. The couple has two sons.

With more than 75 million albums sold, Kenny Gorelick is allegedly worth around $50 million. Both parties have already retained lawyers: the musician has hired Laura Wasser, who has previously represented Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian, and Benson-Gorelick has hired Gary Fishbein, who has previously worked for Nikki Sixx.

Kenny G has enjoyed a bit of a resurgence with younger audiences lately; in the past few years, he has collaborated with Weezer and Foster the People, the latter via a surprise cameo on the band's Saturday Night Live appearance.
