Exclusive Album Stream: Delta Spirit Expand Their Sound on Third Album

Delta Spirit's third album finds the band moving away from the roots-rock sound of their earlier records and embracing a broader sonic palette similar to that of My Morning Jacket, Radiohead and Wilco.

"We found the sound that we've been looking for, that we've been growing into, and as soon as we hit on it, we ran with it," says frontman Matt Vasquez. "That’s why it's a self-titled record, so we could connect our identity with the album, because this album is what we think Delta Spirit is. People make records for their time, and we wanted to make one for our time."

The album won't be in stores until March 13th, but you can stream the record in its entirety now.
