A pair of attorneys have settled a lawsuit against the owner of a private jet company who secretly recorded their conversations with Michael Jackson as they flew from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara, California. Jeffrey Borer, owner of the now-defunct XtraJet, had attempted to sell the video – which contains no audio – to media outlets after Jackson turned himself in on child molestation charges in 2003.

Mark Geragos and his partner, who sued XtraJet on the grounds that the taping violated their privacy and attorney-client privilege, will receive $2.5 million. They were originally awarded $20 million, but an appeals court struck down that judgment.
